Refund / Return Policy

1. Right to Cancel

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

2. Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• You must request a return within 14 days of delivery
• You then have a further 14 days to send the item back
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

To initiate a return, email us at kujo@prxspect.com and we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
